Demonstrations

The Clarity PPM manuals are good but sometimes there is no substitute for seeing something in action. Our consultants have demonstrated virtually every module within the Clarity PPM toolset to a variety of audiences ranging from senior management to technical teams.

Clarity PPM Studio

This provides organizations the opportunity to configure Clarity PPM to suit their individual business needs and construct bespoke solutions. This can include constructing custom objects, new lookups, additional lookup values, new pages, new links in the menu or re-structuring/renaming of menu items, portlets to report on data within Clarity PPM or the Data Warehouse.

Financial Management

The financial model within Clarity PPM can appear to be complex in terms of all of the settings that need to be made, classifications to define, matrices, bill cycles, invoicing, chargebacks. Our consultants can work with your finance department to identify and install all of the financial attributes required to achieve a streamlined project accounting process.

Schedulers

The project management element is possibly the most widely used module in Clarity PPM. Understanding the differences between the various options is therefore critical for most Clarity PPM implementations. Whether your organization chooses to plan and schedule projects using the browser or an external scheduler (Workbench or Microsoft Project) we have consultants capable of assisting you in every aspect of using the Clarity PPM project management module.

Security

Our consultants will be able to aid you in defining a security model which can be adapted easily for future changes without complicating the business. New users can then be identified by a particular role to be easily added to certain groups to enable set up and go on Clarity PPM to ensure that the new starter process is more streamlined.

Workflow

To achieve an automated workflow to guide users through standard business processes, Clarity PPM provides the mechanism to send actions to individuals to complete the steps identified. When data changes within Clarity PPM, processes can react to this data input causing certain steps to be executed in an automated fashion. Our consultants have set up processes to aid in the compliance of certain legislative requirements (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley), automate time approvals, conditional time approvals, risk management processes, project and program creation containing approval steps for budget to name but a few.
