The bronze service is aimed at those clients that wish to perform all of the testing, data tidying and training themselves but do not have the expertise to upgrade the CA Clarity PPM software.

Pemari consultants will conduct an impact assessment on your implementation of CA Clarity PPM and upgrade your development, test and production CA Clarity PPM instances to either CA Clarity r8.1.x or CA Clarity PPM r12.  We can either upgrade your installations to use Actuate 9 or switch them to CA Business Intelligence depending upon your preference.  We will perform basic installation tests to validate the upgrades have successfully completed so that you can be confident that your installations are ready for functional and user acceptance testing as well as providing a report of the activity and configuration for each platform.  On completion of the production upgrade we will provide some early life technical support to help with any issues that may arise.
